Shipping policy

Processing:

Orders process within 5-10 Business Days, not including Weekends, State, Federal and Public holidays. NOTE: Processing times may take longer due to high volume order processing and/or inventory delays. Customers will be updated if a delay in orders is necessary.

Shipping:

Orders ship every Monday and Friday, not including State, Federal, and Public Holidays. NOTE: Please keep in mind, once orders are dropped off at the post office, shipping times are out of our control. Shipping times are estimated but may be delayed due to circumstances out of our control. We recommend checking your tracking number daily for updates. However, sometimes the post office won't scan in packages immediately.

Pick-Up + Delivery:

We do offer package pick-up and delivery to customers that are local. Order pick-ups are Tuesdays and Thursdays while order deliveries are Mondays and Fridays. The same processing times apply to pick-up and delivery orders. An email will be sent once your order is ready. NOTE: Both Pick-Up and Delivery are available at checkout.
