Returns/ Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, returns/ exchanges are NOT excepted after products have already been used or opened!
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at spoiledpc@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Once items are dropped off at the post office we are no longer responsible! We are not responsible for items that arrive damaged and/or broken! We are not responsible for items that are not received [due to incorrect addresses] and items that are received later than the expected date! If you experience any of these issues please contact USPS and file a claim!
Wrong Address/ Wrong item(s) purchased
If you notice that you’ve purchased the wrong item or put in an incorrect address please notify us IMMEDIATELY so that we may resolve the problem!
Refunds
All fraudulent addresses/purchases will result in an automatic refund!
All items purchased must be returned exactly the way they were received in order to qualify for a refund!
DO NOT ask for a refund if you’ve received all items in good condition!
